Mrs. Joanna Rozanska has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2020. She completed her Master’s degree in English Filology in 2005 and is currently a Doctorate candidate. Mrs. Joanna is an enthusiastic and motivating professional who has worked with multilingual international students of varied ethnic and cultural backgrounds in Europe and the UAE for last 25 years.

Her major research is concentrated on English Renaissance drama and the phenomena of Shakespeare's international theatrical festivals.

In 2021 she was granted the prestigious Golden Visa (category researcher) by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority for, among others, her pioneering research on Shakespeare drama relocation to Dubai. She serves as the Head of the Synergy Cultural Society, where she actively involves university students in various innovative projects.

These include consulting on the "Othello" performance by The Junction Theatre in Dubai, initiating collaboration with the Model United Nations, organizing a poetry exhibition, and spearheading numerous other initiatives.
